There is some set of problems which fall into a category of complexity which makes them intrinsically difficult to identify as such. There is a suggestion here that recognizing the complex nature of a problem, is in itself a step towards providing a solution to such a problem (of complexity).
This is not an insignificant point to make.
In other words some longstanding, or otherwise what would become longstanding problems, can be solved with observation of the truth of their complexity.
Complexity, then, probably, has a relationship to propriety (which is the strongest force in the universe).
When we identify a problem of complexity, we can have a generalized solution-which is something like ‘certain (possibly) different sustained cooperation among multiple parties’.
It has to be that, because it is such cooperation that is difficult for propriety to achieve.
When we are able to recognize and observe complexity, we move into a state in which Bohmian dialogue is relevant, so there is really a dropping of perspective bias, and this is conducive with a solution also.
To re-iterate the important point here, it is recognizing that a complex problem is in fact unsolved BECAUSE of the complex nature of it, that allows us to solve it.
