We can’t take the stance that religion is “bad” because then none of my arguments make sense (if we take that view). I need the world to understand that religion was a useful tool forged in the belly of, and by, propriety.
The reason we need this change is because it is this irrational perspective (that religion isn’t intrinsically useful) that is sustaining the conflict in the world.
